ZazaXpress Explained: Questionnaire First, Doctor Decides

The short answer

ZazaXpress is a platform for medical cannabis in Germany. You start with a medical questionnaire. A video call is voluntary. A doctor then decides whether treatment is an option for you. A prescription is not guaranteed: it can only be issued after medical treatment and once all criteria are met. ZazaXpress is separate from the lounges that Zazapass lists.

Step by step

1. Questionnaire. You complete a medical questionnaire on zazaxpress.com.
2. Optional video call. A video call is voluntary.
3. Doctor decides. Your treatment request is usually processed within 15 to 60 minutes*. Whether treatment and a prescription are possible is decided by the doctor in your individual case.
4. With a valid prescription: in cities with a ZazaXpress express service you can choose express pickup or delivery*. In all other cities the medicine is shipped by DHL and can therefore be pre-ordered ahead of your trip*.

What ZazaXpress is not

• It is not a way to buy cannabis for recreational use.
• It is not a lounge and does not replace one. Visiting a lounge is a separate matter.
• It does not promise a prescription. The decision is medical.

What you need

• A delivery address in Germany, or the option to collect from the pharmacy in express cities.
• Valid ID and honest answers in the questionnaire.
• A real medical reason for treatment. Medical cannabis is not an alternative for recreational use.

Express or DHL: where does what apply?

ZazaXpress runs an express service in Hamburg, Bremen, Berlin, Cologne, Osnabrück, Dortmund, Augsburg and Leipzig. Munich, Stuttgart and Düsseldorf are planned. Everywhere else, medicine is shipped by DHL with a valid prescription.
